What is Dropbox?
Dropbox is known as a free support that lets you provide all your images, docs, and videos everywhere. Any file you save on your Dropbox may also automatically conserve to all your computers, phones, and even the Dropbox website. This means that you can begin working on your pc at institution or the business office, and finish in your home computer. Hardly ever email yourself a file again!
The Dropbox Folder
Once you install Dropbox on your computer, a Dropbox file is created. For anyone who is reading this guideline, then this means you had not any problems finding your Dropbox folder: ). This file is just like some other folder on your computer system, but with a twist. Virtually any file one saves to your Dropbox folder is also saved to all your various other computers, telephones, and the Dropbox website.
On your Dropbox is known as a green icon that lets you recognize how your Dropbox is doing:
Green circle and check: All the files in your Dropbox are up to date.
Blue circle and arrows: Files in your Dropbox are being updated.
Adding data files to your Dropbox
Step 1 Drag and drop a file with your Dropbox folder.
Step 2 The blue icon means the file's syncing with Dropbox.
That's this! The green icon means that the п¬Ѓle has finished conserving to your various other computers plus the Dropbox site. Now that your file's in Dropbox, virtually any changes designed to it will be immediately detected and updated on your other computer systems.
The Dropbox Right-click/Context Menu
